Issue 3 of Volume 37 of Law in Context  is an eclectic collection, to some extent (Adamson, Kinchin and a book review) evincing the interest in the digital world and its impact on law evident in the last couple of volumes but also covering such diverse matters as techniques of qualitative research (Keyzer and Richardson), the importance of critical reflection in legal education (Susler and Babacan), the personal privacy versus public safety trade-off in times of pandemic (Moulds et al), models of decision-making with and for adults with cognitive impairment (Then et al), and class actions and human rights litigation (Calnan). It includes three book reviews: of Schultz et al (eds) Gender and Careers in the Legal Academy, Phillip Ayres’ edit of the Washington Diaries of Owen Dixon 1942-1944, and, as mentioned above, of Simon Chesterman’s We the Robots.
